at 11+ we came back!

than come bac slp untill 4 like that when to temple meet FLG LAngsai members lor...

than they 3.30 got a 2.4 run

by 15 mins must come back but...

they used 5~8 mins they come back liao le!

very good liao le...

good improvements lor! slowly train more harder

 i think most of them is quite gd liao...

by big days will train okay de still got 3 more weeks to go!

than still got 6 training session! lor!

very fast le now decorations the tian gong table there liao le!

Today so sianzzz de thinking of not going to training but...

i feeling somethings lor!

so i go temple...

than they train until 10.50 than all go back liao le

i reached home at 1105 than washed up...
